Scope of the bridge rehabilitation work

The scope of the proposed bridge structure rehabilitation is the following:

• Patch repair of concrete deck, abutments, retaining walls, piers, deck soffit and fascias;
• Removal and replacement of the existing asphalt and waterproofing system;
• Replacement of parapet walls, curbs and sidewalks to current standards;
• Convert to semi-integral configuration by constructing new semi-integral deck extensions at the abutments; and
• Repair of bearing seats and installation of new bearings at abutments.
